INGREDIENTS

2 oz 900 Grados Blanco

2 ounces grapefruit juice

2 ounces tonic

1 rosemary sprig, for garnish

1 slice of grapefruit, for garnish

HOW TO MAKE

  1. In a short or tall glass with ice, combine grapefruit juice, tonic, and tequila.

  2. Stir briefly and garnish with a big rosemary sprig – tapped firmly against your hand to release its aromatics – and a half-moon slice of grapefruit.
